So why are we paying them? It's the old "Philippine Salute"! The hundreds of thousands of street beggars show tourist the "Philippine Salute" daily, hand sticking out with the palm upward! From the lowest in their decadent society of whores to the highest, they are all beggars or extortioners or blackmailers!
Then Hillary Clinton travels all over Asia, but not visiting the backwater P.I.! How embarrassing.
