The story of one American and how Abelardo Estrada orchestrated injustice to him.

Attorney Abelardo Estrada was one of a group of a few attorneys that gave orders to the CIDG in Baguio City headed by, then Major Isagani Raquinio Nerez, forcing him to give a "half-baked affidavit" in defense of his client, intimidated witnesses that would have cleared his client, hid evidence, and worked with prosecutor Asuncion Mandia (a whore who prostituted herself to judge Ruben Ayson) to set free the Philipino thieves while wanting to scare his client to "flee the country" so he could steal very high attorney fees! He misrepresented his own client and we want to see him disbarred and rotting in jail so former clients awaiting him there can deal with him "The Philipino way"!

Mrs. Asuncion F. Mandia was the prosecutor (Fiscal) whom the American filed his charges to. She told Mrs. Lilian Tadena (Sometimes spelled as Lillian Tadena) to go talk to her husband. She worked out a $200 bribe with him to dismiss the charges against LaiLanie for burglary! He took it for her. He was a Major teaching at the PNP school in Baguio City. People in Major Mandia's office thought it strange that Lilian Tadena, her daughter LaiLanie Calpito and Riccardo Calpito spent so much time with him in his office with the door closed and they made comments to others. These three criminals are religious hucksters who prey upon missionaries and pastors. Beware Lani Calipto1 Beware Ric Calpito. Beware Lilian Tadena, the mother of Lani Calpito! By now Lani Calpito is about 44 years old and she is certainly showing the wear of her way of living by stealing all of her life!

This same woman (Asuncion Mandia), after paying much money and screwing judge Ruben Ayson, was recommended to the woman President of The Philippine Islands to be the first woman judge ever appointed over there. Her work in spreading her legs for ole Ruben, gave her the extra points needed for the judge position.

She currently makes more money than ever before with all bribes being paid to her through her husband. She is a judge in San Fernando, La Union Province, but does drive to and from Baguio City daily. That drive could turn out to be a scary drive, we imagine.

On an early Monday night in September of 2005, in Baguio City near Camp 7, attorney Mrs. Eugenia Vinluan Campol, 36, a Public Attorney’s Office lawyer in Baguio City was murdered about 8:30.

Attorney Abelardo Estrada, a criminal (in the literal sense) attorney, who mostly runs the city of Baguio, said that his office condemned "in the strongest possible terms" the senseless killing.

Attorney Abelardo Estrada not only knew who ordered and covered up the murder of one of his colleagues, but he also knows who murdered and who covered up another murder two years before of attorney Victoria Sturch.

In April 2005 one of our team members sat listening to this attorney and recorded the following words out of the mouth of this most heinous criminal,

”We all recognize our role as members of the most noble profession to promote peace and justice”.

When Abelardo Estrada speaks sweet sugar-coated words, you can believe the exact opposite.

He laughed and unintentionally drew attention to himself when this perverted of justice said these words in a speech. This criminal, acting like an attorney, has misrepresented more than 160 clients.

One judge gave Attorney Abelardo Estrada a verbal spanking calling him a "legal mercenary" in 2004 in La Union province when the "legal mercenary" (Abelardo Estrada, of course) represented a well-know thief.

A man kept coming into a home near me. He would go in with a young and very pretty Igorot lady. Sometimes they could be seen kissing when he left her at her door. He would visit so many times. He acted strangely. Never take her out, but paid all of her bills. This is unusual therefore I decided to follow him. He turned out to be attorney Abelardo Estrada and had an office at the city hall of justice on an upper floor!

My wife and I were shocked that he would sneak around like a common criminal. He is married twice already. Our country does not allow divorce. Don't know how he managed that, but money talks with our justice people and police.

The lady had a baby by him. I wanted you to know this man is a high ranking attorney in our province. He is a criminal. A man that would cheat on his wife after making vows cannot be trusted in anything, I believe. Our society is macho and is this way with many men.
