Judge Ruben Ayson is the man that told a lowly third prosecutor, Asuncion Mandia, if she would sleep with him that he would recommend her to the Prez to be appointed as a judge. Instead he told a lowly third prosecutor if she would let him hop between those skinny brown legs of hers that he would recommend her to be a judge to the President of the P. I., Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

According to P. I. law when a man uses the power of his position, as an official or the owner of a company with power to fire or advance someone, to entice or force someone to have sex it is RAPE! Judge Ruben Ayson is a rapist under P. I. law!
