These criminals in police uniforms are ALL members of the Knights of Rizal, a secret criminal society that teaches Jose Rizal was a near-God human with many believing he was God! They attempt to pass themselves off as a non-radical, non-racist society of do-gooders.

In practice this society is used by policemen, elected officials, and others of criminal power to protect each member as they perform their nefarious criminal deeds against Philipinos and foreigners.

A few members of this radical and racist organization are genuine racist do-gooders whom are ignorant of the criminal activities of majority of the others.

Other members include Angeles City Mayor Francis Nepomuceno, Congressman Camelio F. Lazatin, "Screwy-youie-Louie Tan" A police Major and the "Numero Uno" set-up king. All police whom have been in Angeles City area, for a few years, are also members.
