((May 24 09)) President Arroyo's son, Mikey Arroyo along with illegal gambling lord, Bong Pineda are protecting the abusive and corrupt Philippines National Pillagers (PNP) at station four, whose chief is supposed to be Ronaldo P. Lorenzo. However it seems as if former commander Luisito Tan has a large part in running station four area of operations.
The main money collector is Angeles City Director (Police chief, colonel) Pierre Bucsit. Pierre Bucsit orders Major (Chief Inspector) Ronaldo Lorenzo and other subordinates to collect monies from the businesses on the entertainment district. These monies are what the police normally charge businesses that fall into certain brackets of payment and protection. The larger your bar, the more you must pay for "Fire insurance", shakedown money to be blunt. You pay or your business will have troubles from police raids and the like!
They will find something wrong even if they have to plant it! They often plant an underage girl in bars they want to raid. City Hall gives permits assuring the girls are 18 or older, but they are not! The fault must fall back on City Hall, but it never does! The fault falls upon the bar and the police then extort them for 50,000 pesos up to 300,000 pesos! The NBI and CIDG likes this one! A percentage of this money goes to Pierre Bucsit, some to Angeles City Hall, some to the Mayor, old "Blueballs" and the majority goes to the corrupt NBI stationed on clark airbase!
Pierre must pay a certain percentage to Mikey Arroyo, then a percentage up the chain of command to Camp Crame leaders who then must pay a percentage to the President!
The corrupt Gloria Macapagal Arroyo family is in charge and GMA is listed as the most corrupt President in the world!

Gosh men, you men are gluttons for punishment, aren't you? And to think, this site could have and would have disappeared months ago if only you men had made certain situations right, but you knew best, eh?
