Look at what happens when an American's own attorney and police make up a crime against a him so they can set
free Philipino criminals caught red-handed in theft and burglary!
Injustice, racism Philippine style at its best against any foreigner.
How the hell can a nation survive when justice is predicated by monies given to attorneys and judges?
__________
(The top officials of the National
Police of the Philippine islands of forming one death squad to
murder foreigners whom have taken any Philipino to court. If this
death squad is formed it will be formed in October of 2008).
These
are the criminals this poor religious worker had representing him.
And there are hardly any better attorneys than this in the whole
country. The worker did not have any more money, nor could he borrow
any, for other representation. These two attorneys (Abelardo Estrada
and Alejandro G. Yrreverre) had left him broke and in debt. Both
men, at separate times, told their client that he was lucky to
have them as his attorneys since they were not "corruptible,
but were truly honest".
Abelardo Estrada was recommended
by the then Col Nestor Isagani Nerez (Now CIDG chief for the Capital region) , the criminal and murderer shown above
and the Alejandro G. Yrreverre was recommended by a man who said
he was the religious worker's friend. Then this friend worked with Attorney Yrreverre to steal money from the unfortunate American. Mr. S. got more than 150k pesos and Atty. Alejandro Yrreverre Jr. stold more than 300,000 pesos and misrepresented him!
Mr. S. stay out of this or
you will be uploaded next with all of the trash you have told on
Philippine leaders. This is our op now, so you stay out and pray
we do not come after you at a later time. Keep pushing pigs!
The client misrepresenting, YRREVERRE, JR., ALEJANDRO G. is from Alicia, Isabela; and was admitted to the BAR on June 10, 1992; Roll No. 38183.

From public records we give you
the following.
One good result of corruption, manipulation,
and thievery so common by leaders of Baguio City
Judge Villanueva’s service
record on file with the Regional Trial Court in Baguio
City, Philippine Islands says that the judge was appointed Regional
Trial Court judge of Baguio on March 22, 1991, took his oath
of office on April 1, 1991 and assumed office on April 8, 1991.
Judge Ruben Ayson filed court cases
in 2002 against all other judges assigned to the regional trial
court in Baguio City, Philippine Islands. Most were filed for corruption,
and other crimes. These cases were finally reached and were heard
in 2006 by the Philippine Supreme Court.
Most were found guilty and given
small fines and warned against future misconduct. These are the
ones that had power with some of the Supreme Court judges.
Judge Ayson thought it best not
to file bribery, corruption, etc. against Judge Clarence Villanueva.
Instead Judge Ayson thought it best to file what he could, by public
documents, clearly prove, i.e., immorality. Specifically having
a mistress and two children by this mistress. His name on two birth
certificates and two baptismal records were irrefutable proof that
judge Clarence Villanueva was engaged in immorality in the same
city he was a judge in.
"The Code of Judicial Ethics
of The Philippines mandates that the conduct of a judge must be
free of a whiff of impropriety not only with respect to his discharge
of judicial duties, but also to his behavior outside his sala and
as a private individual. As we articulated in Castillo vs. Calanog,[20]
there is no dichotomy of morality: a public official, particularly
a member of the judiciary, is also judged by his private morals.
A judge’s official life cannot simply be detached from his
personal existence. His public as well as his private life must
be above suspicion."
"The charge of immorality proven against Judge Villanueva demonstrates
his unfitness to remain in office and continue to discharge the functions of
a judge.[21] Rule 140 of the Rules of Court classifies immorality as a serious
offense. It is punishable by dismissal from the service with accessory penalties.
With the view we take of the case, there is no reason for not meting out the
severest form of disciplinary sanction, specially since the offense was committed
in the very city where the respondent judge holds office. What is more, there
seems to be little attempt on the part of Judge Villanueva to be discreet about
his liaison with a women not his wife."
"In A.M. No. RTJ 05-1927 -
Judge Ruben C. Ayson v. RTC Judges of Baguio City:
Judge Clarence J. Villanueva is found
GUILTY of immorality and is DISMISSED from the service,
with prejudice to his reinstatement or appointment to any public
office, including government-owned or controlled corporations,
and forfeiture of retirement benefits, if any, except accrued
leave credits."
Too bad that the judges in the
whole country cannot be lined up against a wall where they belong!
