An American citizen living a long time in the P. I. writes an open letter to the person who works for him, the present U. S. Ambassador of American to The P. I.
Kristie A. Kenney, heads up the organization (U. S. Embassy) that allows the P. I. complete racist system to violate the human rights of American citizens, even to the point of murdering them.
We accuse the C. I. A., homeland security, and the U. S. State Department of complicity in the murder of U. S. citizens. They know who murdered many, but will not help!
We believe that you Miss Ambassador have forgotten whom you work for and who you represent!
This letter is from a long time foreign resident in the P. I.
We point out the man did make a mistake in his letter. Philipino laws insure that any Philipino must own 60% of any business!
This racist law insures that any business can be taken over by anyone with guns enough to terrify the 60% Philipino owner. This happens many times yearly and Ferdinand Marcos was an expert in taking million and multi million dollar properties for only $1!
__________
Letter to the U. S. Ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines
The treatment of Americans visiting or living in the Republic of the Philippines.
Legally.
Whenever, any American or Foreigner, civilian or otherwise sets foot into any Philippines Court Room at any Level. It is a known public fact that the Foreigner will lose the case, if the case is against a Philipino citizen, or involves punishing a Philipino Monetarily.
Regardless how much evidence the American or Foreigner has in his or her favor, I know that he only way any American or Foreigner can win a Court Case against any Philipino is by out spending the Philipino or prolonging the case so long the Philipino can no longer afford to continue the case…
Prime Example:
The case of U. S. Marine Corporal Daniel Smith, during his Civil Court Trail a new law was created, motioned and passed just to convict Corporal Daniel Smith of doing something wrong. After the Philipino Complain-tiff had stated that the Philippines National Police had coached her into filing rape charges, and that it was not rape. While the Complain-tiff was sitting on the Witness Stand in the court room during the Trial.
American Investors and Retired Civilian, Government and Military
American Citizens can own any Land, own any house or any business in their own name. Not without a Philipino owning 40% of it… ((Actually 60%))
No American Citizens can get credit from any Philippines Bank for any large purchases on his name and income alone. Such as to own Land, own a house or own a business in their name with simple proof of funds or income without a Philippines Citizen owning 40% ((Actually 60%)) of the Land, house or business.
Philipino Investors and Retired Civilian, Government and Military
But, Philipino Citizens can go to the U. S. and purchase and own Land, own a house or land or a business in their name by simply agreeing to a purchase price and paying for it, or any other items they want.
Philipinos can get credit from any U. S. Bank for any large purchases, with simple proof of funds or income.
Tourist
As far as the treatment of American and other Foreign Tourist it a simple matter of prospective. Take a Look at one website; http://www.centralluzoncorruption.com/index.html
The above website lists the names; of Philipino; Government Officials, Philippines National Police Officials, Civilians and some evil Foreigners who work together to abuse the rights of all Philipinos and visiting Foreigners so they can make a profit off of them. Sometimes going so far as to killing some!
The average American and/or Foreigners do not get fair treatment in any way in any part of the Philipino legal system, or anything near fair treatment….
At one public televised meeting with Commerce around the end of 2007 or beginning of 2008 representatives from North America, South America, Europe and other Foreigner Representatives had complained about unfair and unjust treatment toward their citizens and businessmen. Senator ((A well known human rights violator and murderer)) Juan Ponce Enrile stated a publicly.
"If you don't like it, leave!"
This rude statement was repeatedly shown on ANC TV News Commercials in Metro Manila which is the Capital of the Philippines.
Please explain to me or help me to understand:
1.) Why is our Government, the United States of America, allowing such blatant discrimination against its U. S. Citizens?.
2.) Why is our Government the United States of America calling the Republic of the Philippines "Our friends" and why do we support their Government?
The racist leaders, court system, judges, attorneys, police and anyone of them in a position of authority legally, publicly and openly discriminate against Americans.
Signed,
A concerned citizen of the United states
((Ambassador, do you believe citizens living there should hear a response from you on this same page?
If you feel that you are above answering to the people whom pay you, then do not respond. You may send your answer to us at thomassaligao@mailvault.com We will post your answer here.
Do not send a condescending answer that no one there knows the intricacies of governments. We are as aware as you are, dear lady. We became fed-up with what we saw at the embassy and decided to do something! This something should have been done behind the scenes, but you would not! Philipino leaders understand brute force, nothing else! ))
