(Up Date November 7, 2008) Elected officials routinely hire killers to murder, usually other officials.
It is very common for police to commit murder and rarer still when they are arrested. Usually when they are being protected is because higher-ups ordered them to murder someone. Lots of murders of elected officials under the watch of Senior superintendent Isagani Nerez during his stay as director of Pangasinan Province. Strange indeed, it is. So strange that we know he was behind most of the murders. The news media also know this, but want to stay alive by not reporting the truth.
_______________
Lauro Crisostomo
Reyes, the criminal shown here, was
admitted to the Bar May 11, 1979 roll number 28961. Makati, Metro
Manila.

This Criminal was simply transferred to Mindanao after denying human rights to a number of those he arrested without warrants. He kidnapped them including two Americans. Until this protection of criminal elements inside the N.B. I. the corruption will continue as before and NEVER end!
The National Bureau of Investigation
(NBI) in The Philippine Islands is the equivalent of the United
States Federal Bureau of Investigation. In many areas of The Philippine
Islands the NBI hires, works with, and uses killers as
hired guns to eliminate people interfering with their money-making
scams and operations. Then many times eliminates the killers to
"Clean up society".
Many men in the Philippine NBI
have received some training in America. Also they and other police-types
have or will receive some CIA training also. In the mean-time they
attend the "workshops" put on by CIA personnel in large
cities of The Philippine Islands. Clarkfield is a favorite for
these "workshops on terrorism".
Attorney C. Reyes' abuse of power
as the almost
permanent NBI Head for all of Pampanga province, North of Manila
is only normal for the NBI operating in the whole country.
The story of this criminal, Lauro Crisostomo
Reyes,
the acting head of the National Bureau of Investigation of Pampanga,
headquartered on Clark Airbase barged into a pub with a number
of his NBI agents in October of 2006.
The acting NBI director and his
men were dressed in black military fatigues and most carried
M16 automatic military weapons.
They came in, with papers that
were 18 months old, looking for an underage girl working in the
bar. A year and a half before when the pub owner discovered the
girl's mother had lied about the young girl's age, he called the
mother who came and got her.
What Lauro C. Reyes and his men were really after was the excuse
to extort money so the NBI men could have extra money for a good
Christmas.
The NBI agents for ALL areas of
The Philippine Islands use heavy-handed methods to get extra money
at Easter and near Christmas, from every business that is considered
in their turf. Accordingly round school tuition times, Christmas
and Easter (to give money to their Catholic church) the N.B. I.
and police are using roadblocks everywhere, using raids and
more set-ups to get the extra expense monies they feel due them.
Years and years ago outside Clark
Airbase there were running gun battles between police groups who
were fighting over whose turf certain sections of the red-light
district belonged to.
Once inside the bar National Bureau
acting Head for Pampanga Province, agent Lauro
C. Reyes and his
black-clad goons proceeded to shout and act roughly toward the
occupants and workers all the while waving and pointing their M16s
in a very threatening and dramatic manner. The man running the
bar called the bar and pub association president, a 68 year old
American James Dale to come and observe.
When Mr. James Dale (A well-known red light district bar owner) arrived he was questioned by a shouting Lauro C. Reyes
who then had him and all of the bar workers arrested and hauled
half a kilometer into their headquarters inside Clark Airfield. It is routine in the P.I. for police types to kidnap people.
The women were placed in a room
and the NBI agents proceeded to rough them up. They were forced
to sign papers that admitted to crimes and additionally papers
saying they had been treated well. These papers with charges were
already typed before the false arrests were made!
On the way to the NBI headquarters
Mr. James Dale asked for his confiscated cell phone
to call a Presidential advisor. The NBI (acting) head became more angry and turned
slapping the old man saying, "What,
call who? You do not know him. What does he look like?"
As Mr. Dale started his description
while handling his cell phone he was interrupted by the NBI head
who said, "What?
That Fat Pig? He has no power. I do not fear him." Then the Acting N.B.I. director slapped Mr. Dale.
The two white men were taken and
threatened with the NBI men waving their weapons and asked to sign
documents admitting to crimes. They refused. In the meantime the
older American man had reached the wife of the Presidential advisor
and Lauro C. Reyes was having second thoughts about what he had
said and was currently doing.
It seems that the Presidential
advisor was out of town but his wife assured the older man that
her husband would call ASAP.
Later the cabinet minister did
call, but was told that the acting NBI
directed was not there. Attorney Lauro C. Reyes, acting head of
the NBI for Pampanga Province had cleared out of Dodge. Ha, ha,
ha, ha, ha.
The two white men were placed in a dark cell and left for the
night, even though the Presidential advisor had told the NBI agents
to release them.
In the early morning the two white men were taken out of the cell,
but were told to sign papers that said they had been treated fairly.
They signed them knowing they could tell the Presidential advisor
the truth. They were released.
A few days later the Presidential
advisor whom Lauro C. Reyes had called a "Fat pig", traveled to Angeles
City to question all involved.
The women, who were brutalized
into signing documents, admitting to nonexistent crimes rescinded
their signed documents and told the truth to the cabinet minister.
The two white men told the truth.
Acting NBI head for the province
was called in and questioned closely and lost his position. He
was told he would be reassigned in a few weeks and he was reprimanded.
In a civilized
society the man would have not been reassigned, but lost his job
and sent to prison, and successfully sued in court, but not in
The Philippine Islands. This man is still a member in good standing
of the Integrated Bar of the Philippine Islands. Why is he still
a member, we want to know?
Instead of being disbarred for
administering torture, false arrest and detention, kidnapping,
abuse of power, or tried as the criminal he is, Lauro C. Reyes
was assigned to a region 13 as the "Acting Regional Director
for the Philippine Islands' National Bureau of Investigation".
He is based in an area on the Northeast section of Mindanao Island
in 2007.
The official name for this
"Region 13" is the Caraga Regional Office (Caraga), National
Bureau of Investigation, Butan.
His job title is: Acting Regional
Director and the phone number for that office is (085) 815-1005
or (085) 341-5516. Give the loser a call and tell him the American "Good
Guys" are concerned he is not making enough money down there,
not enough white targets. If he pushes the Moslems too far they
may make the world a better place by eliminating this criminal.
This criminal, N.B. I. agent Lauro C. Reyes has placed more than
one man under the dirt feeling he had "cleaned up society". We
think it is his turn now.
______________
The Criminal Investigation and
Detection Group of many, especially in Baguio City and Pangasinan
Province, are nothing more than shake-down artists,
illegal gambling-proceeds-couriers for higher officials, protectors
of drug-lords, "protection money" collectors,
and a hundreds other illegal ways to steal, extort, and make money.
The motto of this Baguio City,
group of criminals (C.I.D.G.) is, "We Seek The Truth".
There is some truth to that motto. If they can find the truth to
any murder, or other crime and the perpetrator is rich, they
will protect and misguide any investigation while milking the murderer of his money. Payola, Philippines' Style.
The National bureau of Investigation or any Philippine policeman, only seek
truth to make money.
They have dozens of ways separate your money from you.

And what about the death of Owen
Dolan? We believe that Louie Tan knows who did the gruesome murder
some years ago in Angeles City, Pampanga province.
The murder of Barry Garrod in 2004
in Angeles is unsolved. The wife and boyfriend, you fools! A single
shot into the side of the head. So far they are home free and the
police will not do anything to solve it. Not enough incentive ($$$$$$).
We do not endorse all opinions of this link, but we think a Philipino
speaking would have some benefit.
CIDG,
NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGTION, NEW PEOPLES' ARMY, PHILIPPINE
NATIONAL POLICE and their total disregard for the laws they are
to observe.

Forty-one murders are mentioned
onward
Most Americans, and many other
nationalities, that live in The Philippine Islands, live in Angeles
City, Pampanga province, outside Clark Airfield. More situations
we shall place on this web site will be from this area due to
this fact.
Francis the Korean: The murder
and cover-up
Francis, a Korean male karate-practitioner
and instructor was murdered in early 2007 when he was on the
very verge of being paid hundreds of thousands for negotiating
a deal for a wealthy group of Koreans to purchase the golf and
country club located on Clark Airbase.
The Koreans bringing the final
papers and bank drafts were in the air on their way into Manila
while the murderers killed Francis. Upon landing they were informed
of his murder and promptly left. More than fifty other Koreans
left Angeles City and a few from other places.
The golf course had been previously
bought by Philipinos on time payments and they were already so
many months behind that their ownership was in default. They
had Francis murdered by policemen brought in from another area.
This move forces the real owners
to take the ones in default to court and be hung-up there for
up to a decade or longer. In the meantime the defaulting Philipinos
still make money from the course and never make another payment
whilst the courts decide it all!
The Korean embassy has asked
for police help, but have run into a dead-end. The police know
something the Koreans are as of yet unable to discover. That's
why the Korean embassy hasn't received an affirmative answer.
The Philipinos who were in default are the ones who hired the
police to do the murder.
Francis made a good showing of
himself. There were bruises and cuts all over his arms and legs.
The next days there were a few policemen who were badly bruised
upon showing up for work.
We would say to the Korean Embassy
these few words to help you. The Philipino policeman, that the
American embassy told you to contact for help in Pampanga province
a few years ago, remember? He does know who ordered and who performed
the murder. We hope you take this information and find justice..............good
luck.
U. S. citizen murdered by the
police
In Angeles City, outside of Clark
Airbase, a U. S. Citizen was murdered in the shot with M-16s (Police and military of the Philippine
Islands' Government are the only ones to use the M-16). The U.
S. embassy knows their Philipino helpers ordered the murder,
but will not touch him because he is a big help to the embassy
in other matters. The sniper was from Camp Olivas in San Fernando, Pampanga.
He was allowed to freely murder
a U. S. citizen because his help is considered invaluable. He
ordered his underlings to do the hit.
When it comes to Philippine Islands'
government death squads murdering citizens, the hypocrisy of
the U. S. Embassy is easily seen when the U. S. Department of
State officials (The foggy-bottom boys) "offered
to investigate". The foggy-bottom boys already know who
is behind the murders going on under the present administration.
To top it off all of the U. S. citizens are left to become casualties
as they are literally kidnapped by police and attorneys using
the corrupt Philippine Islands' judicial system.
Colin Powell flew to Russia
in an attempt to gain freedom for a Russian who was found guilty,
but will not help a religious worker who was charged on trumped-up
charges when he visited The Philippine Islands. The U. S. Embassy
will investigate to help whoremongers in Angeles City, but will
not help the religious worker. Strange embassy we believe.
The Philippine Islands' government
has the U. S. government in a tough place and will not stop squeezing.
U. S. officials so earnestly want to deal a death blow to the
Moslem extremists that they allow themselves to be pulled and
pushed into deserting all U. S. citizens. And they clearly have
deserted them all. The Philipinos are experts at manipulating
U. S. officials and through the last 110 years have honed it
to perfection just as they quickly learned to survive under the
brutal Spaniards for hundreds of years.
Thirty six murders by the police,
the clean-up in Kalinga
This similar situation happened
in the small township of Rizal and surrounding area, Kalinga
(Northern Luzon) with a man working for the National Bureau of
Investigation. This well-know criminal provided information of
the criminal happenings in the area and was allowed to hire out
as a contract killer, as a side job, with the approval of the
N.B. I. That is . . . until a new police chief (Ramos from Bulacan)
came into town on orders of a very high ranking official in the
Presidential Palace. This same man was stationed for 2 months
at Station 4 on Fields Avenue in Angeles City, outside Clark
airfield!
Before Ramos left town his "strike
Force" had killed thirty-six area people, including an attempted
hit on a man and woman with their small daughter. The husband
died, the mother recovered and the police have made a little
girl into a dissident. Some bad guys were cleaned out, but also
many poor people who had been previous victims of injustice and
were tired of being prey animals for anyone with a gun and power.
Bulacan (A small city an hour
north of Manila, has many police who perform murders, directed
by which ever administration is currently in power at a given
time.)
After so many murders in a remote
area drew news media and human rights groups' attention, Ramos
basically told ABS-CBN in a telly interview that the criminals
being eliminated made society better. He said if these bad-guys
had been arrested they would have intimidated witnesses and been
free on the streets again. Human Rights people flew in and were
present at the telly interview, but nothing was ever done.
He and his "task force" were
sent to another area. If any criminals did not get out of Dodge
when he arrived at his new posting, they were not smart.
One of the victims in Kalinga
province was a man named Amor Gubiangan, a killer-criminal and
agent in good standing with the Philippine Islands' National
Bureau of Investigation. He was gunned down On March 15, 2006,
a few feet from the police station in the small town of Tabuk
in broad daylight at 5 p.m., in front of many citizens. As one
member of the "task
force" walked
toward him Amor saw something in the eyes of the "task force" member
and went for his gun, but it was too late. The "task force" member
(a special operations group policeman working for Ramos) swung
his pistol from his back and shot the National Bureau of Investigation
man two times in the head. As you may have guessed this, Amor
Gubiangan, more than deserved what he got, but many others did
not deserve to be murdered.
The citizens are smart enough
to forget the face of the task-force member. As a side note,
the streets of this small town have been patrolled every night
for years by soldiers carrying M-16s and wearing bulletproof
vests. The more distance any township (Barangay) is from Manila
(The seat of government) the more dangerous and wide-open that
town is.
Within one week that N.B. I. office
closed down and as of July 2008 has not yet opened again! The
new police chief (Ramos) was serving notice to the N.B. I. to
stop preying on the people and making money with the criminals!
Only they, the police, were to be in charge of running the criminal
gangs in Kalinga province, not the Bureau.
Within days the killer's
(Amor"s) dad put six feet under by the strike-force to
insure no retribution from this family of murderers. At least
the strike-force were polite enough to allow a safe burial of
Amor. Philippine Islands' burial etiquette was followed.
There were so many murders starting
after Kalinga provincial director police chief superintendent
Pedro Ramos took over that the United Nations got involved. The
UN official’s
letter furnished also to the Commission on Human Rights (CHR),
Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), National Commission on Indigenous
Peoples (NCIP) and Prof. Rodolfo Stavenhagen of the Geneva-based
UN Special Rapporteur on the Situation of Human Rights and Fundamental
Freedom of Indigenous Peoples also showed her “grave concern
over the unabated political killings here in the Philippines.”
Then the prez had her press people
release this:
"While President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo
already ordered the PNP and the Department of Justice (DOJ) to
resolve within three months political killings in the country,
the CHRA stressed it was not this directive that led to the identification
of the suspects but the "outrage
from local and international human rights groups."
Give me a break prez. No one
really believes you. you ordered the "clean-up".
During one murder spry the police
were in hot pursuit of a van containing the killers, but Kalinga
director Pedro Ramos called off the chaise and did not inform
the normal area roadblocks to stop the van, assuring the killers
got off scott free.
And a few months ago this same
Ramos was head of Station four on Fields Avenue for two whole
months! He complained to one of our team about being transferred
because of corruption, which he fights against, in the officials
and generals over him, yet he abetted in so many murders! Hypocrite!
Chief Superintendent Pedro Ramos, you are sounding hollow.
A Korea was murdered in Angeles
either between 1996 and 1999.
We have conflicting dates on
this one. Even we cannot figure it out due to conflicting police
reports.
A Korean was murdered in Angeles
City, Pampanga because he cheated three business men out of a
total of $2,000 worth of goods. The three businesses are still
doing business in August of 2007 at the McArthur highway end
of Fields Avenue in the red-light district.
They hired the killer for $200.
This crime has never been solved, but the same Philipino policeman,
the Americans told you about in 2002, can solve this crime also,
if he wants to. Just research back to one of the men on the Barangay
(village) council (Area village council) that stopped the investigation
at the beginning. One of his very close relatives was one of
the three that hired the killer to do the job.
Korean businessman murdered in
the summer of 2001
This Korean was murdered in Dau,
Pampanga province very near Maxx's restaurant, across from the
main bus terminal. He was said to have been murdered by a hit-man
on a whim for the past rudeness the Korean had displayed toward
his Philipino business partner. We do not know how true that
is, but we can identify and give the first name of the killer.
We know of a financial reason
why his murder helped his Philipino business partner and other
Koreans afterwards have been murdered, who had the same Philipino
business partner. We can pick the murderer out of police photos
or a line-up. We can also pick the Philipino business partner
out of a line-up.
The gun used was a 45 caliber
automatic with a silencer. One of our men had this gun handed
to him the next day, but thinking his fingerprints might be what
was wanted he erased them, and handed it back.
We suspect other Korean murders
afterwards are tied in to this man's murder. Look at his Philipino
business partner.
We repeat, to the Korean
embassy,
The Philipino policeman you have
called before, about this murder, can solve this crime if he
wants to or has the "incentive" to act. Understand the
word, "Incentive"? Sure you do.
That Philipino policeman can
solve every crime on this page no matter which part of the country
the murder occurred in.
The next murder also has this
same business partner as the man that sent the text message that
led to him being killed.
Another man was discovered near
Angeles City, Pampanga laying in knee-high weeds next to a rice
field. He was a Philipino.
This murder occurred during the
first few days of August 2001.
Look at the victim's cell phone
for the answer. He was sent a text message by a friend he knew
and trusted. The friend was the one that set him up for the two
killers to do the hit.
We have the name of the "friend"
that sent the text message. This Philipino friend was not present
at the murder, but was picked up later and taken to see the
body laying in the weeds close to a rice paddy. The "friend" and
two killers did not get the man's cell phone. That is the key
to solving this murder.
We can pick the "friend"
out of a line-up and one of the two murderers.
_____________
According to a U.S. Department
of State report released in March
2006, Philippine Island
security forces have been responsible for serious human
rights abuses despite the efforts of civilian authorities to
control them. The report found that although the government generally
respected human rights, some security forces elements—particularly
the Philippine
National Police—practiced extra
judicial
killings, vigilantism,
disappearances, torture, and arbitrary arrest and detention in
their battle against criminals and terrorists. Prison conditions
were harsh, and the slow judicial process as well as corrupt police,
judges, and prosecutors impaired due process and the rule of law.
Besides criminals and terrorists, human rights activists, left-wing
political activists, and Muslims were
sometimes the victims of improper police conduct. Violence against
women and abuse of children remained serious problems, and some
children were pressed into slave
labor and prostitution
