"The Video Plainly Shown The Three Were Murdered By The Philippine Police!"
Another at the United States Embassy said he had seen the video. He said,
"Yes, saw the video last night and again today at the embassy. The police were caught doing what they do all the time. I believe at least one or more of the three were not part of a car napping gang. And if they were, they were not resisting arrest. What if the police were judged by the same standards they judge others when they shoot unarmed, non-resisting people?"
We agree, indeed and call upon ABS-CBN television to place the video online. Do you news media people have the gonads to place your video on Utube?

Philippines police in triple slaying probe:
((Feb 19 09)) A Philippine television station aired footage Thursday of what it said was heavily armed policemen apparently gunning down three car thieves who had already been cornered and subdued.
The video was taken Tuesday evening by an ABS-CBN television crew and shows policemen in plain clothes armed with assault rifles firing at the suspects at point blank range.
Police claimed there was a car chase and a firefight, and that those killed were members of a notorious gang of thieves, local media reported.
The video footage showed the vehicle, which had already stopped, with two suspects inside and another sprawled on the ground. All appeared motionless. One was dragged from the car and shot point-blank in the head! There is some disagreement as to where the murderers are, in Camp Crame or Camp Karingal, both places are where numerous police murderers are and are in Quezon City.
Muntinlupa Rep. Rufino Biazon, meanwhile, said he will file a resolution asking the House of Representatives to conduct an inquiry into the police's policies, procedures and rules of engagement.
"This incident is just an example... I believe that in instances such as these, the personnel involved should automatically be put under investigation as standard procedure, without need of a complainant,"
Biazon said.
"This is very disturbing, unsettling and appalling," Leila de Lima, who is chairwoman of the independent Commission on Human Rights (CHR), told AFP after watching the video.
"We condemn this action; it violated a very basic human rights."
She said that, based on the footage, police had also violated the rules of engagement.
"There was no clear resistance or provocation seen already. It would appear that the confrontation was already over," she said.
"There was already no activity among the alleged car thieves, as far as the camera could see.
"There was no immediate threat and yet they still used excessive force."
She said she had set up a six-person panel to investigate the incident and added that the policemen could be charged pending results of the probe.
The officers involved have not been suspended and are still on duty.
National police Chief Jesus Verzosa ((this man is a M.F.in murderer)) has promised ((Yea, yea, sure)) to cooperate fully in the investigation, de Lima said. The CHR has the power to recommend charges, but cannot itself prosecute.
Last December, 17 people were killed in a shoot-out between police and an alleged criminal gang in Manila.
As well as 10 suspects, four civilians including an eight-year-old girl and her father died, along with two security guards and a policeman.
The CHR recommended charges be filed against the police involved in that shooting, but as yet no one has been charged.

((Feb 23 08)) The family of the murdered alleged car thieves wanted to conduct an independent forensic examination on the vehicle shot up in the “QC rubout”.
On arriving at the holding yard of the vehicle, they discovered that vehicle had been completely cleaned, even the trim had been removed.
Of course now there is no way of performing a GSR test to confirm or refute whether the victims shot at the police as has been claimed.
We are sure the bodies will be treated in a similar fashion.
