We diverted much of our resources to Mexico, Washington D.C., the U.S. Embassy area in Guadalajara and other Mexican cities in the desire to locate and see this criminal arrested.

We know the small town he was living in as late as Oct. 4 09, but it took us many wasted weeks to get anyone in the DEA here to even talk with us! The U.S. DEA, in D.C. lied to us, tricked us. And the Mexican office of the DEA would not respond to our repeated attempts to give them this intel! Neither would the United States Embassy in Manila!

Chapo Guzman is located in the small town of,

Guanacevi in Durango. He was there on Oct third 09! We imagine he will not be there after reading this! The town has a population of only 3,500, plus he has men assigned to search for intel on or against him on the internet.

We have all evidence on hard copy if we must produce it for an investigation, in our opinion, proving the DEA was NOT interested in arresting him. This includes the top U.S. DEA arsehole in all of Mexico, Carlos Mitchem!

It is our opinion after our last Friday morning briefing that either Carlos Mitchem is a dunce or working for Chapo Guzman!
