We have printed this short article because of the continuing injustice against a retired American military man whose daughter was taken from him on trumped-up charges and then raped by friar Shay cullen before being returned to her father and family. We believe the priest is a pedophile!
Can you imagine the world wide news media outrage that one of their darlings would be tried for being a pedophile and rapist? The Philippine Islands' gov. would take a media lynching and be a laughing stock if one of the gods of the liberal news media were put on trial! He is guilty as sin and the P.I. government currently led by GMA will keep on allowing him to rape children!

This rapist was also a driving force in the "Close-down-all-American-bases" movement 20 years ago which threw tens of thousands of Philipinos out of work!
The father of the girl filed rape charges, but true to typical P.i. injustice under former President Estrada one of his legal advisors signed papers that took the rape case against the pedophile Shay Cullen ((the priest)) out of the courts! On Dec. 7, 2000 Ronaldo B. Zamora, a corrupt motherfu#$er signed the legal papers saying the priest could not be charged! Then Zamora immediately quit his office that same day. He later bought enough peoples' votes to be elected Senator.
Shay Cullen's police friends and his other criminal fiends have shot into the man's home and tried intimidation for years since! Typical brute beasts act this way! Normal for the P.I.!
During this time the NPA (Basically nothing more than bandits now and now connected to the P. I. Government) said if the P.I. government closed down the bases they would never fight gain and be peaceable. Twenty years later have shown their leadership are nothing more than liars, thieves and murderers!
After doing all she could to humiliate Americans corry Acquino said the Americans were "Cheapskates" because they did not give one of the two subic dry docks to the P.I.. The old Philipino salute is practiced from the lowest to the highest. They are all experts in the palm out and upward!

Shay Cullen really has no room to talk about Irish pedophiles, as I think he is one - here's why:
He raped a seven-year-old girl in 1998 and has paid heavily for it. True, he did not go to jail, but he obviously paid off the officials to get the case pulled from court after having the case turned down on appeal from the Department of Justice for its dismissal, despite evidence that he provided:
Two logbook entries signed by the same personnel in two different languages; both logs indicating the child was in custody during NIGHT DUTY, which, when compared to police report and DSWD report that she was picked up at her school less than an hour from the Preda property at 3:40 P.M., the term "NIGHT DUTY" should have been questioned.
Not only that, the date this happened was 29 January 1998. Both the police report and the DSWD reports indicate that the event happened in the mid-afternoon of January 29, 1998, but the Preda logbooks, both of them, state that the child was in Preda at 5 A.M. on 29 January 1998.
On top of that, despite the evidence that my daughter was taken to Preda with knowledge and consent of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on 29 January 1998, his staff signed sworn affidavits that she was not in their care until TWO DAYS LATER IN CONTRADICTION TO THE SUBMITTED LOGBOOK THAT SAYS SHE WAS THERE TEN HOURS OR MORE BEFORE SHE WAS PICKED UP!!!!
YET SHAY CULLEN DID NOT STAND TRIAL!
Surprised? Not I. I am the girl's father. Shay Cullen has for the past ten years tried to get me in jail, and has done so with underhanded un-priestly acts, such as filing libel cases (TWICE) for having a site on the internet, when at the time, I had no internet connection at all!
Now, I have such an internet connection, and have run my site (http://preda-facts.info/) since 2004. He has never charged me for libel on that site, because he CANNOT. It simply is not libelous.
I ask the reader to consider this: Shay Cullen and his staff are attempting to get me deported as an undesirable alien from the Philippines. Do I advertise to the world how easy sex is in the Philippines, or does Shay Cullen do that with such articles as these to which I am responding?
I would not tell the world how easy it is to get out of trouble in the Philippines - I would catch the bugger in the act and turn him in without fanfare or glory, exactly the opposite the method that Shay Cullen, the man who raped my daughter does!
Am I worried that Shay Cullen will charge me with libel? NO.
Here's why: I want him to face me in court. He cannot, because I would place my daughter on the witness stand to testify the truth. I would also place the child he claims I had sex with, along with her sworn testimony previously done many years ago to prove his lies.
Shay Cullen has cut himself with the double side of his sword. He thinks that by calling for my deportation, I will shut up!
If anything, I'll be much more free to publish my book in my own country AND IN THE PHILLIPPINES, and there will be absolutely nothing he can do about it. I already have his written permission to copy and republish his book on record, and that is what my book is about.
It also contains not only copies of Shay Cullen's book, 'Passion and Power', but also full color pictures that clearly show the areas that he talks about. It also contains signed documents by others who have tried to have him deported in the 1980s, and the documents include such gems as clergy and business establishments as well as some of his own employees!

I found your answer to Shay Cullen's rant on http://www.dailyestimate.com/article.asp?idcategory=34&idSub=127&idArticle=19821, and agree with you that abuse, whether by priests or not, is an issue that must be addressed. Unfortunately, as you only gave web addresses, I went to each web address and got the contact information from each web address, and hopefully this will get back to you.
However, please be aware that I am likewise accused by Shay Cullen of molesting a child (without proof, of course, and despite sworn affidavits by the woman herself as an adult that such abuse never took place) in order to cover up the fact that he raped my daughter (and, if his presented evidence to the prosecution is anything to consider, probably another 12-year-old girl in 1994) and blamed the incident on my son.
So here we have a priest claiming to be a pedophile hunter, but (at least to the evidences he presented) is an abuser himself.
Consider: He has my daughter picked up from her school at 3:40 PM on 29 January 1998 (confirmed by police blotter and sworn statement from the attending government social worker), takes her to the local hospital about ten minutes away, then continues on to his organization property located a total distance of about 45 minutes from her school, where she is logged in at NIGHT DUTY, the log being back dated from 30 to 29, and the first entry after my daughter's name is "Exactly 5 AM".
Then consider Shay Cullen's sworn affidavit denying that she was taken to the hospital where her hymen was confirmed TO BE INTACT.
Time wise, this denial begs the question, "Where, then, was she from 3:40 PM until 5 AM, or even NIGHT DUTY?"
The facts get worse. Shay Cullen submits a SECOND log entry, this time in English, which purports to show that my daughter was in Preda at 5 AM on the very day she was picked up at 3:30 PM! Does he own a time machine?
Shay Cullen never stood trial. The case was ordered removed from court by the Office of the President, a Presidential advisor from the legal section signing the document. Said advisor resigned from the Office of the President, ran for and won a seat on the Senate, and I ask you where did he get the money and sudden political pull to do that?
Shay Cullen obviously condemns the government of the Philippines as corrupt, and I have no choice but to agree.
