We set the record straight concerning Miss Maribel Langley Van-Keulen, this web site, and who we are.
Exposed are a number of people involving two cases. Especially exposed are attorney Garcia, police officer Luisito K. Tan, and former police chief, and killer for Mikey Arroyo, Pierre Bucsit.
These main three rascals are involved in trumping up a case against Miss Van-keulen!

Secondly we expose a great injustice committed by attorney Abelardo Estrada of Baguio City concerning a religious worker.

We are composed of Americans, Germans, British nationals, a few N.I.C.A. officers, honest PNP Officers, honest NBI agents and Philipino Attorneys.
The Philipinos amongst us have been tired for many years of the corruption they see all around them daily.
We grew tired of watching our own embassies do nothing. We grew tired of listening weekly to horror stories as these men came for help for their many injustices. We simply chatted with each other at the typical functions/parties about our nationals falling prey to corrupt police, corrupt attorneys, corrupt prosecutors, a corrupt judicial system, blatant racism, and all crooks, con-men, street hustlers and thieves whom always seemed to be protected while never being convicted of their horrendous crimes! We soon came to see there is a “hands off” approach by all embassies, except the Russian, to allow the Philipinos to do what they want so there would not be tensions and demonstrations at embassies with “Racism” being chanted by paid demonstrators.
We are all males, no females. There are not journalists or pseudo-journalists helping us, specifically Miss Maribel Langley Van-Keulen.
We do not upload from, nor are any team members in Hong Kong. We upload from Germany and we upload to a web host which is not located in China or Hong Kong. It is a fact that one of the owners of the hosting company himself has an address listed in Hong Kong, but so what? Chief Inspector Luisito Tan has said we upload in or to Hong Kong and this has been published in the semi-official police newspaper called, Sun Star Pampanga. We imagine this will be a knock-out blow to Chief Inspector Luisito Tan and the crowd that is helping him harass an innocent Miss Maribel Langley Van-Keulen with his most obscure “proofs”.
The people harassing this unfortunate lady journalist are so evil and so corrupt that we were surprised they did not bring a case of murder against Miss Van-Keulen. Their part of their local judicial system is so corrupt that they could convict her even if she had 6 top human rights attorneys testifying she was with them on the night of any trumped-up murder.
Gerard Heinen and Mayor Francis Nepomuceno using Chief Inspector Luisito Tan forced a man to attack her as she entered her home. The hired man tried to hit her in the head with a spiked board! She got control of the situation, held the man until help arrived, and with others took the attempted murderer to station four. He was soon set free by the rigged Angeles City judicial system.
The corrupt policeman, Chief Inspector, Luisito Tan and a very corrupt prosecutor named Oliver S. Garcia are trying to hammer the above mentioned journalist knowing that she is innocent of the many harassing and malicious charges they have brought and talked others into bringing against her.
There are 2 arrest warrants out for her for made-up charges This is only a pretext to get her into custody so that they can murder her and claim she committed suicide! We have been listening to their conversations and reading their supposed coded text messages! We know what they have planned for her! The second plan or “plan B” of Mayor Francis Nepomuceno, Gerald Heinen, Chief Inspector Louie Tan and prosecutor Oliver S. Garcia is to possibly murder her “While resisting arrest” saying she fired first!

All trumped up proceedings against this innocent woman are unfounded and all of the afore mentioned criminals know this. We have discovered that Luisito Tan, Gerard Heinen and especially prosecutor Garcia have hated her for many years!
“Murder-for-hire” Chief Inspector Luisito Tan has said, and the story was passed on in a media briefing by the recently fired Pierre “The Rat” Bucsit, that Chief Inspector Tan bases his whole case on remembering a flash that went off months or years before while she was sitting or standing next to his desk and said he saw her talking to two Chinese tourists, and some un-named “computer expert” that says the website is uploaded in or uploaded to Hong Kong! That’s it! Only in The Philippines!
What about the huge lot that Luisito Tan owns in a guarded subdivision named Timog Park? He has guards outside his home and a two story home. How did he/does he pay for that? Why has the man never been transferred out of the Angeles City area? He has too much on important people, is why. He knows where all of the skeletons are buried!
Why not look into tax records of these named individuals? Everyone knows of the mass grave found on Nepomuceno property at a piggery years ago. No one went to jail for those many murders found in the mass grave!
Gerard Heinen, a Dutchman strongly rumored to be a pedophile, has robbed the Philippine government out of millions of pesos with the help of his bribes to the tax people. He is also the power behind and protector of Chief Inspector Luisito Tan, who acts as Heinen’s personal bodyguard!
The photo that Chief Inspector Louie Tan questions, saying she took it, was in fact taken by us from a man’s computer after we hacked in!
We know for a fact that in more than one phone conversation Chief Inspector Luisito Tan and Gerard Heinen and Mayor of Angeles City, Francis Nepomuceno have all conspired with prosecutor Oliver S. Garcia and two other court case fixers, to file cases against this lady journalist, Miss Maribel Langley Van-Keulen, simply to harass her and impoverish her. Will the injustices there in Angeles City never end? The many murders of foreigners there are well documented, but only one man has ever been arrested after finding the murder weapon in his hand as he stood over the dead American in front of many witnesses on a brightly lighted street within 100 meters of the infamous station four!
These named men have ruined her name amongst her former known associates and the businessmen that knew her. Businessmen now believe her to be one of many who inform on their illegal activities. Some believe, as Chief Inspector Luisito Tan has said, that she is behind this website! She is ruined and can never get her good name back.
What of the missionary who secured a legal search warrant in 2000 that caught his two helpers in theft? He was told to drop charges or they would file rape. Isagani Nerez told the missionary these words in front of a reliable witness who is a Filipina and a former college and university teacher. The missionary believed he should not allow these people to do to others what they did to him. He later discovered this couple preyed upon missionaries long before he arrived! They were photographed by police and booked for a series of other crimes and charged, but somehow still remained free!
The Missionary’s charges of theft against them were dropped and with the help of a corrupt attorney Abelardo Estrada and a corrupt prosecutor Asuncion Mandia, now a judge, the missionary lost all of his recovered properties and a warrant was issued by Judge Ruben Ayson for the trumped-up charge of rape! The woman said the baby she was carrying was the child of the missionary for she did not have sex with her husband during the time she claimed an IMPOTENT missionary raped her, strangely five months before. She only brings forth charges after being caught with his legal search warrant!
The baby was born and without doubt the now 9 year old child is a Philipino, no mixed blood! This Philipino couple have refused DNA and polygraph tests, while the missionary is more than willing! We have offered on our web site hundreds of thousands of dollars if Abelardo Estrada, Asuncion Mandia, Isagani Nerez can take and pass a polygraph test given at the U. S. Embassy concerning this trumped-up case. They have all refused!
The missionary did not receive an inquest as the 1987 constitution requires, the CIDG chief, Isagani Nerez, whose men served the warrant with positive results told the missionary in the presence of the above mentioned college and university teacher that he knew he was innocent, yet Mr. Nerez obeyed the missionary’s attorney, Abelardo Estrada, to help hide evidence, and help the Philipino thieves.
Abelardo Estrada, the missionary’s own attorney, told a then Major Isagani Nerez to make the missionary look guilty! Isagani Nerez told a PMS man and NICA Major that the missionary was innocent, but he, Nerez, had to obey the Baguio attorney, Abelardo Estrada, because “These attorneys run this town and it would have hurt my career”!
This clear racist misrepresentation by Attorney Abelardo Estrada, a backer and former regional campaign leader of the disgraced Joseph Estrada, of Baguio City is proof that the judicial system there is also corrupt. Judge Clarence Villanueva, who issued the search warrant to the missionary that recovered the properties that his helpers had stolen, later gave the missionary’s properties back to the two thieves who had stolen them! What an incredible injustice!
This judge was later disgraced and disbarred and was never to be allowed to have a government job ever! These are the people that trumped up charges against a man who went over there to help your people! One only need read the appeal to the DOJ by Abelardo Estrada, to see that it was written to convict the innocent missionary, his own client! Abelardo Estrada later sent 6 men to beat the missionary when he could not be talked into “Fleeing the country”!
On top of all of this the greatest injustice is an HDO and an arrest warrant out for a Godly man that only wanted to help the Philipino people and Philippine nation! All this orchestrated by the one and only Governor of attorneys for the northern provinces, attorney Abelardo Estrada, whom controlled judge Clarence Villanueva, judge Ruben Ayson, Asuncion Mandia, and Isagani Nerez.
Two of us have been told by a N.I.C.A. officer that Baguio Attorney, Abelardo Estrada, said that once the missionary was arrested that he, Attorney Estrada, would make sure he is murdered! Due to this we have been keeping this missionary hidden away the last 9 years! He has not seen his married daughter, nor his two new grandchildren during this time. Isn’t it about time this offense against this man is stopped and the thieves and corrupt people involved in Baguio city disgraced and punished? Attorney Estrada charged, and was paid, by this unfortunate missionary more than $10,000 for his work of misrepresentation! We believe the missionary’s money should be returned and he be paid for the last 9 years of a lost life. What price should Attorney Estrada and the others pay for taking 9 years from this old man’s life? Two hundred thousand dollars, a million dollars? What is 9 years of your honors lives worth to you?
We are asking for lifestyle checks on all peoples mentioned in this letter and know by Philippine constitutional law that investigations are required. We are sending this letter to all government agencies whom have authority in these matters and a few days later to all news media outlets to follow up on.
We request that these two injustices be set aside in God’s name.
