((Dec 12 08)) We know for a fact that in early December 2008 Atty. Abelardo Estrada, and the whore, Judge Asuncion Mandia were the "Talk of Baguio". Our man there in Baguio said that everywhere he goes everyone is talking about Abelardo Estrada and what he and Asuncion Mandia (formerly a lowly 3rd prosecutor in Baguio city, now a judge) did to the American.
Two different men also said about Attorney Abelardo Estrada. "He is the talk of Baguio" because of how he misrepresented the religious worker. Everyone over there knows now. What's more the whole Philippine Islands also know.
Another said that the prostitute's (Asuncion Mandia) husband is a whoremonger that has not had sex with her for years. This man has worn many criminal faces for his bosses at Camp Crame, national police headquarters, from illegal gambling ((Jueteng)) collector to police murderer!
The new hat Isagani Nerez wears means he will be in charge of solving real crimes and covering up murders and bank robberies by police and other officials!
When Nestor Isagani Neres ((A graduate of P.M.A. class of 1984))
or any other policeman murders an innocent human being who got
in the way of murdering the one they meant to get, they still consider
it cleaning up society because they, the official were forced to
eliminate the innocent one to "protect

Bautista Jr., commended the police for the recent spate
of murders of criminals while Colonel Isagani
Nerez was away in
Thailand hoping to distance himself from the murders he ordered
to be carried out while he was away. True to form when he returned
he was questioned and immediately he reminded them he "was out
of country". Wink, wink.
Isagani Nerez is
being groomed to one day be chief of National Police and has personal
designs of being President of the whole country. He is one of "the
good guys".
We do not like admitting this, but this sociopathic murderer
is associated with the C.I.A..
He has helped the C.I.A. in the
past, but also caused harm, especially when he was protecting the
Moslem drug-lord, a certain Benard
Oliveros. He was later
promoted, actually bought his way into the director in Pangasinan

While Col. Isagani Nerez was Chief
of Police in Baguio City, he was in the middle of helping the transit
of illegal gambling funds up the chain-of-command and helping sell
and protect the shipment and manufacturer of illicit drugs in his
area of operation. Due to Colonel ((Nestor)) Isagani Nerez, attorney
Abelardo Estrada, and men like these two sleaze bags, The Philippine
Islands has become the main source of illicit drugs in all of Asia!
A U. S. Department of State
report in March 2008 was very critical of the police and judiciary
in The Philippine Islands for protecting the manufacturer of illegal

This Col. "Gani Nerez" was
under the protection of another Presidential hopeful, former national
police chief, Ping Lacson ((Also a top murderer and criminal with
proven overseas bank accounts totaling more than 970 million
dollars of ill-gotten gain)). Ping Lacson is a C.I.A. man also.
The C.I.A. are backing him to be the 2010 President of the
Philippine Islands. The C.I.A. always finds it easier to control
one man ((A dictator)) than to control a real Congress and Senate.
Col. Isagani Nerez, in 2001 after
having a heart attack when being caught ordering the planting of
illegal weapons in the home of the man that took his C.I.D.G. chief
job, was sent to Camp Crame where he changed from being a "Lacson
man" into
being a "Gloria
man". She
was the new President and Lacson was soon going to be exposed as
a gargantuan plunderer, which Lacson truly is.

The mother of LaiLanie Calpito is head of their small
family-run criminal gang. Charges were brought by Riccardo and Lani Calpito when Lani's mother, Lilian Tadena, paid a bribe of only $200 to a lowly 3rd asst. prosecutor named Asuncion F. Mandia. This prosecutor would allow Judge Ruben Ayson in bed with her so he would advance her career to be a judge. She jumped in the sack with him and he kept his promise to her. The whore was made a judge in San Fernando, La Union province shortly thereafter!
Did Attorney Abe Estrada tell
the whore, Asuncion Mandia ((a lowly assistant prosecutor at the time)), the total amount he stold from the American?
Did, the now judge in San Fernando, La Union, Asuncion F. Mandia,
get all of her part that Attorney Abe Estrada promised, when he misrepresented
the foreigner? The one that Isagani Nerez personally said that he knew "is
innocent" and
the same one that Isagani Nerez said to, "I will protect you." When a top policeman of the whole country gives his word it seems to us that he should keep his word concerning a man he said he knew was innocent!

worker's own attorney, Abelardo Estrada, designed the
paper-work, to convict this man that then CIDG Chief, Isagani Nerez, declared to be, and everyone

Judge Clarence J. Villanueva read the initial statement of Riccardo
Calpito saying that" when" the foreigner "had moved
those items were left in their home", these items "were" the
foreigner's and "all he had to do was come and get them".
Months later Riccardo Calpito testified in Judge Clarence J. Villanueva's court room saying that the foreigner "Had given all of those
things to us."
That gentlemen, is called perjury.
The judge and prosecutor nd Calpito's attorney had worked it out before hand. They knew he had perjured himself! If Mr., Calpito could not tell the truth or remember the truth on his original legal document of answer, then how can he be trusted to tell the truth in any other part of the case! Not at anytime did LaiLanie T. Calpito, the organizer of this injustice ]ever see any attorney! Her husband worked with scoundrel attorneys and she never did appear or even visit a single attorney's office, except in her first visit to another prosecutor whom said he did not believe her, told her she was lying against the religious worker!
Then the foreigner's second attorney ((Alejandro G. Yrreverre))
did not snap the trap on Riccardo Calpito as his client ((the foreigner))
had asked him to. The client had previously instructed Alejandro
G. Yrreverre on three or more occasions that Riccardo
Calpito must lie and therefore would commit perjury and since the
initial statement the Calpitos had made were part of their defense
there it was in plain English, "perjury".
However, Alejandro G. Yrreverre also did as Attorney Abelardo Estrada did. He worked to not help the foreigner, but to help the Philipino thieves!

Since Judge Villanueva played a
pivotal part in the conspiracy against the religious worker and
the awarding of property, taken by theft from the religious-worker
by LaiLanie Calpito ((LaiLanie T. Calpito))and her husband Riccardo Calpito, back to the

((Jun 28 09)) We received this letter from a man in Baguio city, Philippine Islands. He asked us to not mention his name for fear of losing his life. He said that Attorney Abelardo Estrada would have him murdered.
"Mr. Saligao,
A man kept coming into a home near me. He would go in with a young and very pretty Igorot lady. Sometimes they could be seen kissing when he left her at her door. He would visit so many times. He acted strangely. Never take her out, but paid all of her bills. This is unusual therefore I decided to follow him. He turned out to be attorney Abelardo Estrada and had an office at the city hall of justice on an upper floor!
My wife and I were shocked that he would sneak around like a common criminal. He is married twice already. Our country does not allow divorce. Don't know how he managed that, but money talks with our justice people and police.
The lady had a baby by him. I wanted you to know this man is a high ranking attorney in our province. He is a criminal. A man that would cheat on his wife after making vows cannot be trusted in anything, I believe. Our society is macho and is this way with many men.
I have two friends that know more criminal acts this man has committed. Today they said they would go home and write their stories by hand. I will type and send to you. Expect more in a few more days.
Please do not use my name. I am fearful that he will have me murdered."
